Within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training (NISCVT) - Beit Atfal Assumoud and the Union for the Protection of Juveniles in Lebanon (UPEL), a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Tuesday morning, August 6th, The President of the UPEL Mrs. Amira Sukkar and the General Director of the NISCVT Mr. Kassem Aina. In the presence of Dr. Rania Mansour, Coordinator of the Social Work Department at NISCVT, in an effort to strengthen the professional relationship between the two sides, especially in the follow-up of the issues of Palestinian and non-Palestinian children in the Palestinian camps and residential communities in Lebanon. The level of protection required in accordance with the judicial and non-judicial tracks to allow for the proper application of decisions issued by juvenile courts in Lebanon in the best interest of the child.
