As part of the summer activities of the Rashidieh Dental Clinic, a number of activities and lectures were held for children in the third week of July 2019 on the health of mouth and teeth and the importance of water to the human body.
On 20-07-2019: A group of children from the Rashidieh Center presented roses to the Lebanese army at the camp's checkpoint, as a token of thanks and appreciation for the role of the Lebanese army in maintaining security and also to emphasize the Lebanese-Palestinian relationship.
On 24-07-2019: Within the LEAP Program, Rashdeih center organized awareness session held with the director of the Rashidieh office at UNRWA, Mr. Mahmoud Sharari. He gave a detailed explanation of the most prominent services provided by UNRWA in the camp and highlighted the challenges facing the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
On 27-07-2019: Beit Atfal Assumoud Institution at Rashidieh center organized a meeting for the LEAP volunteers on Saturday, July 27, 2019. The meeting included presentation about the sponsored program and the services provided by the Institution in its centers, a brief of the Palestinian embroidery project and the role of the Institution in preserving this heritage and its transmission from one generation to new generation. The volunteers purchased pieces of the Palestinian embroidery, which are paid to support poor and needy families in the Palestinian camps.
