Camp Location: National Institution of Social Care and Vocational Training (NISCVT) / Balbaak Center.
Date: (28 July 2019) until (1 August 2019).

The camp included a number of sports, health, recreation, awareness and national activities.

Morning training: Morning exercises: Morning exercises were done daily for an hour and the girls were happy and comfortable and these exercises aimed to increase the softness and fitness of the body and teach girls some correct sports practices as they were necessary to prepare them to play football and table tennis.

Football: A stadium was hired for three consecutive days in Balbaak, where girls were trained for an hour a day, which included Swedish exercises, teaching the basics and rules of the game of football, doing matches between the girls after dividing them into two competing teams to convey the concept of sportsmanship to them and apply what they have learned. the girls.

Table tennis: girls were trained on the game daily for two hours to acquire the laws and principles of the game and skills that are used with the competitor to profit, the girls liked the game and found it an opportunity to learn the game as they do not exercise in normal days and there are no sports places allow them to do so.

Basketball: Girls were trained to play basketball at the stadium of the Foundation for Recovery and have acquired some rules and skills of the game.

Awareness topics: The girls were given many awareness topics that they need in their teens that helped give them the opportunity to express some of their problems. They posed many questions that constitute a question mark for them. It also allowed the activists and trainers to share their ideas and focus on some points that were going on in the minds. These topics were as follows (identity and acquaintance session which aimed to introduce girls to each other, dealing with risks, early marriage, personal and group goals and discovering strengths and weaknesses, adolescence and self-confidence, conflict management, how to plan and aspire). These themes were presented by girls very important to them and the information they contained was valuable as they were given in a flexible way and through learning through play, role-playing, composing cries and songs of topics, ... During the camp, some topics from She Deal were applied.

- There were many recreational programs (games and recreational activities aimed at helping girls to psychological discharge, help them to communicate well with the ocean and teach them to listen to others, and these all help them to develop their personality and self-confidence and establish correct relationships with others, and exploratory visits to the castle of Balbaak, Balbaak Old Market, Ras Al Ain Park and a tour of Al Basateen area in the area, visit the camp and meet with some people and the elderly to get acquainted with its customs and traditions and the date of its establishment.

- A daily assessment was conducted at the end of each day in the camp in addition to the final evaluation with the girls on the last day to find out the pros and cons and recommendations.

- Camp goal:
- Strengthening the physical and health structure of girls.
- Identify sports, its laws and techniques (football, ping pong, volleyball, ........)
- Psychological discharge for girls who suffer from psychological problems as a result of life and family pressures they suffer at home.
- Identify the customs and traditions of other communities and meet with the elderly and parents.
- Follow-up work on the establishment of sports teams and training new groups.
- Increase the awareness and knowledge of the participants as they are teenagers and need a lot of awareness to help them acquire information, skills, and ways to deal properly with themselves and others.
- Develop self-confidence among participants.
- Ability to communicate with others.
- Increasing the ability of self-control and adherence to the regulations and laws in the summer camp.

Positive Rating:
- The interaction of participants with all activities, sports and recreational and educational sessions.
- Participants abide by the laws and regulations that they set themselves during the camping period.
- The treatment of the activists and the trainers was very good and the girls expressed their keenness and interest in them, and their care in sick and psychological cases.
- The girls expressed their happiness and happiness to visit the archaeological places, the old market and Ras Al Ain Park where they spent a fun time there, especially as it is the first visit to many of them.
- The food was healthy and fits everyone.

Notes:
- Some cases have been discovered that need psychosocial support and communication with parents to coordinate to help girls and work on their participation in the activities of the center and transfer them to the psychologist at the center.
- Concentrated group was done for some girls who were found to be suffering from psychological problems.
- Work to correct some of the wrong terms and behaviors of some.
