On the Occasion of Land Day:
- On Friday, March 29, 2019, In commemoration of Land Day, the Comics Group- Nahr al-Bared Center carried out a painting activity that included national expressionist drawings symbolizing adherence to land, homeland and heritage.
- On Sunday, March 31, 2019, Al-Samoud Sports Club - Nahr Al-Bared hosted the old team of Akkar in a football match dominated by the atmosphere of the scourge, love and brotherhood.
- on Sunday, 31 March 2019, in commemoration of Land Day, Beit Atfal Assomoud - Nahr al-Bared Center held a Palestinian event entitled "The Land to us", in which children presented a musical song, dabakat, poems, And the messages speech that the Palestinian people clinging to his land, and his right to return to Palestine. And that the land is the identity and address, dignity and safety cannot be compromised or compromise or replace ... and return to the towns and villages from which we have been abandoned in all of Palestine from the river to the sea. And we are returning.
Also, on Thursday, April 4, 2019, in cooperation with the Islamic Orphanage in the North, a national ceremony was held in Dabakat and folklore dance by children with special needs and kindergartens. The ceremony included a speech by the Director of BAS in the North, Mr. Abdullah Barakeh and Director of the Islamic Orphanage in the North, Mrs. Kawther Itani. The speeches spoke about adherence to the right of return and the need to preserve the heritage, identity and homeland of Palestine, all of Palestine.
On International Day of Autism:
On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, on the occasion of the International Day of Autism, Beit Atfal Assomoud - Nahr Al-Bared Center - Family Guidance Project organized a Recreational festival for 120 Children and 50 Mothers, which was implemented by the Psycho-social support animators. The festival included games, competitions and distribution of gifts and words inspired by the occasion.
On Saturday, April 6, 2019, KG2 (24 Children) in Nahr El Bared Center visited Garden to identifying the characteristics of the trees and what do it give us, and their need to grow. that is through the lesson of (trees are a key resource on the surface of the earth and must be maintained).
On Saturday, April 6, 2019, a dentist and the nurse in coordination with social workers at Nahr al-Bared center presented an awareness session on "tooth decay and treatment, gum infections and causes and the use of dental thread" for about 40 women.
On Thursday, April 11, 2019, a social worker of Reproductive Health Project at the Nahr al-Bared center presented a women's awareness workshop entitled "Breast Cancer" in which 23 women participated.
On Thursday, April 11, 2019, the teachers and coordinator of the Nahr al-Bared center - Remedial Classes program held a meeting for parents to discuss the most important problems they face with their children in following up their daily lessons and with the schools, the proper ways to deal with parents and children.
