The last two weeks of March were filled with joy, creativity, and meaningful engagement at Rashidieh Center, where various programs came to life, bringing smiles to children, youth, and families alike.
💌 Family Happiness Program
Throughout the week, children at the center participated in heartwarming activities under the Family Happiness Program. They crafted beautiful greeting cards for their sponsors, celebrating Mother’s Day and the upcoming Eid El-Fitr.
A special Open Day with mothers was also held, creating a lovely opportunity for bonding and shared joy on the occasion of Mother’s Day.
🎨 Youth-Led Makani Initiative: Painting Alleys
As part of the Makani Project, the youth launched a colorful and inspiring initiative to paint alleys in the camp, spreading positivity and transforming shared spaces into welcoming environments for all.
🧒 Child’s Day at the Kindergarten
On March 23rd, KG1 and KG12 children celebrated Child’s Day with fun-filled activities, laughter, and educational games—highlighting the importance of early childhood engagement and joyful learning.
🌍 Land Day and More: Psychosocial Support Program
On March 24th, an interactive activity took place to mark both Mother’s Day and Child’s Day, followed by an Open Day commemorating Land Day—a powerful moment for reflection, unity, and cultural awareness, all organized under the Psychosocial Support Program.
🧱 Learning Through Play: Free Lego Week
Learners from the Learning Support Program (LSP1 and LSP2) enjoyed a full week of Free Lego play, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in a supportive educational setting.
Each event and initiative reflected Rashidieh Center’s commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for children, youth, and families. 🌟
