Rashidieh Center Activities Report – Second Two Weeks of August 2025

The Rashidieh Center carried out a variety of educational, awareness, and cultural activities during the second half of August 2025. The programs targeted children, youth, mothers, and families, reflecting the center’s ongoing commitment to supporting learning, psychosocial well-being, and community development.

Program Activities

  • Learning Support Program
    Throughout the week, several interactive activities were organized with students, along with awareness sessions for mothers. These sessions aimed to enhance parental involvement in the educational journey of their children.

  • Peer Education Program
    As part of the Family Happiness Program, a series of awareness sessions were conducted for youth. The sessions focused on peer-to-peer learning, empowering participants to share knowledge and build healthy social practices.

  • Psychosocial Support Program
    Different groups of children engaged in various recreational and educational activities, while mothers attended awareness sessions designed to strengthen family and emotional well-being.

  • Makani Project
    Every Thursday, youth participated in Digital Literacy sessions, divided into two groups. These sessions introduced essential digital skills to help them navigate technology effectively.

Special Events and Other Activities

  • Honoring Ceremony (22 August 2025)
    The Rashidieh Center hosted a celebration honoring students who successfully obtained their secondary and university certificates. The ceremony was attended by parents, families, and students, featuring inspiring speeches that highlighted the importance of education and pride in the students’ achievements. The event also included a musical performance and a traditional Dabkah dance.

  • Awareness Session on Childhood and Newborn Diseases (28 August 2025)
    A specialized session was held focusing on children’s and newborn health, aiming to provide parents and caregivers with valuable knowledge on disease prevention and early detection.
